Sanjivani Sanskar Dham: Education Initiative



  • To make available quality education which is accessible, affordable and within reach of children from economically weaker section of society.
  • To provide application-oriented and value-added education with thrust on human values, cultural values, skill development and personality development without adding any financial burden on parents.

Right to Education

  • SHRC believes that for overall well being of any society, health and education are two main pillars.
  •  Children of poor urban slum dwellers either drop out early from school or those who continue in school, have very poor performance.
  • Such children are  malnourished with resultant poor I.Q. and are weak learners
  • Unless nutrition, overall health and quality education is planned for them, a bright  future for these unfortunate, under-served children can't be expected!


Sanjivani Education Initiative

  • Sanjivani Sanskar Dham-Starting with 40 students in std 1 to 4  in year 2012, presently about 180 students of std 1 to 9 are provided supportive education from make-shift class rooms in SSD School.
  • Shiv Prathamik Shala-From June 2014, SHRC have  taken over one school, Shiv Prathamik Shala, in Vasna Area of Ahmedabad, where at present 629+ children from really economically weaker section of society take benefit at most affordable rates from pre-primary to Std 9 in Gujarati medium.
  • Sanjivani Vidyavihar-SHRC have also have started Sanjivani Vidyavihar, an English medium primary school from June 2014 and at present 114+ children from really economically weaker section of society take benefit of this facility.
  • No Fine Prints!
  • At SHRC Education Initiative, there are no hidden fees or extra charges for events, festival celebrations or educational tours. All support education materials and exercise books are provided free of cost. Nutrition and healthcare are also well cared.
  • Special feature of this school is that poor children are given 100% freeship,only they have to pay term fees.
  • Students getting more than 50% marks in all written exams are given 100 % scholarship to

Develop competitiveness amongst them.

  • Almost 30 % of students avail either of above aid.
  • 95% students of the school hail from reserved category population.

Appeal for Donation
  • In India, qualified medical services are not available in small villages having population of 2000-5000, as Government Public Health Center is one in a population of 30000.
  • We provide free qualified medical services with our mobile medical vans at their doorstep.
  • Donate generously to help our effort and get get 50% exemption under 80 G. if your income is from business or profession.
  • We are registered under FCRA (1976) permitted to receive donations from foreign source.
