Mobile Medical Clinics

  • Currently Sanjivani provides free medical treatment to 300 + grass root villages of Kheda, Ahmedabad, and Gandhinagar districts.
  • Sanjivani covers 192 villages on daily basis, throughout the year, with monthly follow up.
  • Ophthalmic Van operates on Sundays. This van is fully equipped with eye clinic setup aided with computerized diagnostic machines like slit lamp, Opthalmoscope and Autoref machine. It provides free eye check up and also provides reading glasses at a nominal cost.
  • Dental vanental clinic Setup and provides all basic dental treatment like extraction ,scalling and filling of cavities at camp site it self free of cost.
  • Tele Medicine Van provide services daily.
  • Mobile Pathology Laboratory, providing basic biochemistry tests at just token rates. On an average 13,000 patients get treatment per month.

Health Care-Medical Camps


Basic Healthcare Services

Provide basic healthcare services at no cost, to villages in interior rural areas daily 360 days / year. The patients are given free medicines also. Our doctors visit villages in a mobile van so that patients in remote villages get qualified medical service at their doorsteps.

Dental Services

Provide advanced healthcare services (including dental and optometric services) at no cost, to interior rural areas every Sunday. This is provided by mobile dental-medical-optometric-diabetes van; first of its kind in India.

Opthalmic Diagnostic Services

Sanjivani through first of its kind high tech mobile diagnostic van provides services of Ophthalmic Surgeon at door step of villages, every week ,to detect and guide the treatment of preventable-curable eye diseases. This van is also equipped with slitlamp, autoref, opthalmoscope etc and subjective refraction setup for spectacle distribution..

Multi Speciality Camps

Multi-specialty camps for interior rural areas are arranged where eye surgeons, gynecologists, skin specialists, paediatricians, dental surgeons, family physicians and optometrist participate and provide their services at no cost.

ECG screening and Blood Sugar and Hypertension testing

We provide services of ECG screening and also blood sugar and hypertension testing to village patients at their doorstep. We have two telemedicine vans equipped with this facility which helps to diagnose patients having cardiac, hypertension or diabetes problems. These telemedicine vans visit different villages daily in a scheduled manner. Daily 2 villages are provided this service, with 3 monthly follow up.

Awareness Campaigns

Awareness campaigns for 3 times a year for urban population. These campaigns spread awareness about Heart diseases, Blood pressure, Diabetes, Cholesterol and maintaining healthy life style. People are treated at no cost in these camps.
